Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has reduced prices on select variants of the Hyundai i20, significantly improving its affordability in the premium hatchback segment. Following the revision, the i20 now carries a starting price of ₹5.99 lakh, down from the earlier ₹6.86 lakh (ex-showroom).The price cut, which is close to ₹1 lakh, applies primarily to the entry-level variants.
Hyundai i20 Era Opens the Lineup at ₹5.99 Lakh
The range now opens with the i20 Era trim, priced at ₹5.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Despite the lower pricing, the base variant continues to offer key features such as six airbags, a digital instrument cluster, front and rear skid plates, body-coloured ORVMs and door handles, a Type-C USB charger, and telescopic steering adjustment.
Hyundai has also adjusted pricing for the mid-spec i20 variants. The i20 Magna Executive is now priced at ₹6.73 lakh, reduced from ₹6.86 lakh, while the i20 Magna now starts at ₹6.99 lakh, down from ₹7.12 lakh (all prices ex-showroom).The Magna Executive trim adds several convenience and safety features, including a shark-fin antenna, highline tyre pressure monitoring system, automatic headlamps, keyless entry, electrically adjustable ORVMs, and steering-mounted audio and Bluetooth controls.

Hyundai i20 Magna: Comfort-Oriented Mid-Spec Option
Meanwhile, the Magna variant further elevates comfort and convenience by offering features such as an electric sunroof, LED daytime running lamps, rear AC vents, and a front armrest with storage. These additions enhance cabin ambience and passenger comfort, positioning the Magna trim as a more premium and well-rounded option within the i20 lineup, particularly for buyers seeking added features without stepping up to higher-end variants.
Alongside the price revisions, Hyundai is offering a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with a rear-view camera, as a dealer-fitted accessory priced at ₹14,999. The infotainment unit is backed by a three-year warranty.The Hyundai i20 continues to be sold with a standard warranty of three years or 1,00,000 km. In addition, customers can avail benefits of up to ₹48,000, subject to stock availability.
