Sunita Ahuja says Govinda is seeing a money-minded woman and calls 2025 a bad year

Separation rumours have surrounded Govinda and Sunita Ahuja since last year. Reports have also linked the actor to a Marathi actress. Responding to these claims, Sunita said Govinda is allegedly involved with a woman outside the film industry. She claimed the woman shows no emotional attachment and is interested only in his wealth.

In an interview with ETimes, Sunita spoke about the impact of the controversy on her life. She called 2025 a difficult year both personally and professionally. She blamed the constant rumours about Govinda’s alleged relationship for the stress. She also said actresses would not behave this way and repeated that the woman only wants money.

Sunita Ahuja claims Govinda’s alleged relationship is money-driven

When asked about her hopes for 2026, Sunita said she wants to change her life. She urged Govinda to put an end to the controversies. She said she hopes for a peaceful and happy family life in 2026. Sunita added that Govinda should remember the most important women in his life—his mother, wife, and daughter. She made it clear that there is no place for a “fourth woman.” She also asked him to distance himself from people who stay close only for money and to focus on his work.

Despite the challenges, Sunita said she feels happy in her new role as a content creator. She shared that starting YouTube in 2025 brought her joy and success. Her channel now has over 286,000 subscribers. She said viewers give her a lot of love. She also receives criticism but accepts it positively.

Govinda and Sunita married in 1987 and have two children, Yash and Tina. The couple has faced divorce rumours for some time. However, Sunita recently dismissed these claims. She said seeing them together should end the speculation. She added that people would notice any real problems. She firmly stated that no one can separate them and said Govinda belongs only to her.
