Celebi Airport Services, a ground handling agency operating at nine key Indian airports including Delhi and Mumbai, has had its license cancelled. The action was taken on Thursday by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS), which functions under India’s Ministry of Civil Aviation. This move marks a major operational blow for the company amid growing regulatory pressure.
The cancellation of Celebi Aviation’s license could severely impact its day-to-day functioning in India, where it has been a key player in providing ground handling services at major airports. This development comes as authorities tighten oversight and enforce stricter compliance standards across the aviation sector.
