    JD Vance Urges Pakistan to Cooperate in Pahalgam Terror Attack Probe, ‘To the Extent They Are Responsible’

    JD Vance, the Vice President of the United States, called on Pakistan to cooperate with India in tackling terrorism, emphasizing the need to pursue terrorists who “sometimes” operate within their borders. He made this statement in response to the tragic Pahalgam terror attack on April 22, which resulted in the deaths of 26 people.

    During his first official visit to India from April 21-24, JD Vance expressed his hope that the attack would not escalate into a “broader regional conflict.” The incident, which occurred while he was in India with his family, has raised concerns about regional stability and the ongoing threat of terrorism.

    JD Vance urged Pakistan to cooperate with India in hunting down terrorists operating in their territory. In a Fox News interview, he expressed concern about tensions between India and Pakistan, especially between two nuclear powers, and mentioned close contact with both countries.

    “Our hope here is that India responds to this terrorist attack in a way that doesn’t lead to a broader regional conflict. And we hope, frankly, that Pakistan, to the extent that they’re responsible, cooperates with India to make sure that the terrorists sometimes operating in their territory are hunted down and dealt with,” he added.
