Veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha extended a warm birthday wish to his longtime friend and Bollywood colleague Hema Malini. Marking the occasion, he shared four photos of them taken over the years and posted a heartfelt message on social media. In his post, he described Hema Malini as a “very dear family friend, gorgeous actress, and exceptional danseuse,” while also referring to her as “our Dream Girl.”
The photos show Shatrughan Sinha and Hema Malini posing in front of the Parliament, chatting at a party, and attending an event together. Although Shatrughan now represents the TMC and Hema is with the BJP, both previously shared ties with the BJP. Fans appreciated the nostalgic pictures and also sent birthday wishes to Hema. Over the years, Hema Malini and Shatrughan Sinha have starred together in several films, including Dost, Sharafat Chhod Di Maine, Ramkali, Ameer Aadmi Gareeb Aadmi, Takkar, and Sone Ke Haath, covering a range of genres like action, drama, and romance.

Hema Malini celebrated her 77th birthday on October 16. She gained fame for her iconic roles in films like Seeta Aur Geeta, Sholay, Dream Girl, Johnny Mera Naam, Kranti, Baghban, Satte Pe Satta, and The Burning Train, and continues to be one of Hindi cinema’s most beloved stars. She married veteran actor Dharmendra and has two daughters, Esha and Ahana. Hema joined the BJP in 2004, served as a Rajya Sabha member, and has represented Mathura as a Lok Sabha MP since 2014. She appeared last in Shimla Mirchi (2020). When asked about returning to films, Hema humorously said that today’s movies don’t suit her and that filmmakers would need to create a different kind of role for her comeback.
