Ramayana makers lock Hanuman Jayanti for next glimpse
Producer Namit Malhotra shared a note on X on Ram Navami and confirmed that the next Ramayana update, titled Rama, will arrive on April 2 on Hanuman Jayanti. He said the team has made the film with “responsibility, devotion, and care.” He also thanked fans for their love, faith, and patience ahead of the grand global reveal. April 2 also marks Namit Malhotra’s birthday.
Earlier, the makers unveiled the first three-minute glimpse of Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana on July 3, 2025. The teaser highlighted the contrast between Yash’s intense Ravana and Ranbir Kapoor’s calm Lord Rama. It also showed Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Shiva. These visuals hinted at the film’s expansive mythological world. The teaser also featured Ranbir climbing a tree and wielding a bow and arrow.
