Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) chief spokesperson Saurav Das alleged that YouTubers and media persons entered his home without permission and filmed inside. He described the incident as a serious invasion of privacy. He also called it a security threat to his family. At the time, Saurav Das was in Maharashtra to attend a two-day meeting of Citizens for Justice and Peace (CJP).
In a post on X, Saurav Das said around 15 to 20 people gathered outside his residence on Wednesday morning. He claimed some individuals stayed outside since the previous night. According to him, several people entered the property and recorded videos without consent. He said such actions crossed personal and legal boundaries.
Saurav Das alleged that media persons entered his home without consent and called it a privacy and security breach.
Furthermore, Saurav Das urged media organisations and independent content creators to respect personal privacy. He said public interest should never justify entering a private residence without permission. He also stressed that family members should not face harassment because of political activity.
