A shocking murder case has emerged from Rajgarh district in Madhya Pradesh, where a 17-year-old girl was allegedly killed by her boyfriend. Police said the girl had gone to meet Ankit Malviya after he called her on September 30. The two reportedly travelled together on a motorcycle after she reached Rajgarh by bus. An argument later broke out between them in a forest area. Police recovered the girl’s body from the forest during the investigation.

Police Probe Reveals Details of the Murder
According to the police, Malviya allegedly attacked the girl with a sharp weapon during the argument. He later contacted her cousin and informed him about the incident before leaving the spot on his motorcycle. The police said the girl’s head was found around 50 feet away from her body. Officers also recovered a noose from the crime scene and are examining its significance. The exact motive behind the murder has not yet been established.
After allegedly committing the crime, Malviya reportedly fled the area on his motorcycle. However, a truck collided with his motorcycle while he was on the way, resulting in his death. Police identified Malviya as a resident of Jamonia Ganesh village, who worked at a factory in Pithampura. Investigators said Malviya and the minor had been in contact for nearly two years. The road accident occurred within hours of the alleged murder.

Missing Report Led Police to the Suspect
The girl lived with her maternal uncle, who reported her missing at the Rajgarh Kotwali police station. Police began searching for her and examined CCTV footage from different locations. During the investigation, officers reportedly spotted the girl travelling with Malviya on a motorcycle. This footage helped investigators establish a connection between the missing girl and the accused.
Rajgarh SP said the preliminary investigation indicates that the two were in a relationship and that an argument may have led to the fatal attack. Police recovered the girl’s body from the forest and collected evidence from the spot. Investigators are now examining CCTV footage, witness statements and other evidence to determine what exactly happened before the murder. Police said the investigation is continuing and the complete circumstances behind the incident are yet to be established.
