    Goa nightclub fire video: Video showing chaos as dancers rushed out of the nightclub on seeing fire erupting from the roof has surfaced on social media.

    Goa Fire: Performers Run as Flames Burst From Nightclub Roof

    A video circulating on social media shows dancers rushing off the stage as flames erupt from the roof of the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub in North Goa’s Arpora, moments before the deadly fire that killed at least 25 people late Saturday. A visitor reportedly recorded the video, which captures a woman belly-dancing to live music when fire suddenly appears overhead, forcing performers to stop and flee in panic. The blaze spreads rapidly across the roof as people shout, “aag lag gayi” in the background. Police said they received a call about the fire at 12:04 am on Sunday.

    Goa Club Fire: Arpora Panchayat Identifies Owner as Saurabh Luthra

    Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant ordered a magisterial inquiry into the incident, which claimed the lives of four tourists and 14 staff members, among others. He confirmed that police have lodged an FIR against the nightclub’s owner and general manager, adding that both will be arrested. The FIR does not mention their names yet. The Arpora panchayat identified Saurabh Luthra as the man who ran Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub in North Goa, where a deadly fire broke out late Saturday night and killed at least 25 people. Arpora village sarpanch Roshan Redkar said Luthra had disputes with the landowners and his business partners, which had led to multiple complaints against the establishment.
