A tragic road accident in Gujarat’s Kutch district claimed seven lives and left several others injured. The accident occurred late Thursday night near Khavda village, close to the Khavda Renewable Energy Park. A truck collided with a pickup vehicle carrying labourers towards the park. Truck Collision Leaves Seven Workers Dead
According to preliminary reports, the pickup vehicle carried around 30 to 32 labourers when the truck struck it near Khavda village. The collision caused the vehicle to overturn, leaving several passengers injured. Police and local authorities reached the scene after receiving information about the accident. Officials confirmed that seven workers had died in the incident. Authorities are gathering further details to establish the circumstances surrounding the collision.
Kutch Collector Anil Ranavasiya confirmed that the accident occurred near Khavda village. He stated that emergency teams transported the injured workers to the District Hospital in Bhuj. Specialist doctors are treating the victims and providing the necessary medical care. Officials have not yet released complete details about the condition of all the injured workers. Authorities continue to monitor the situation as more information becomes available.

A speeding Bolero reportedly crashed into the rear of a trailer near the Trapaj area on Tuesday. Eyewitnesses said the collision caused severe damage to the vehicle.
