    Police arrested suspended TCS employee Nida Khan after she allegedly remained absconding for nearly twenty-five days recently. Investigators traced Khan to an apartment in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar during coordinated search operations conducted on Thursday night. Authorities claimed Khan stayed there alongside her maternal aunt and several relatives before police detained her officially. Officials later produced Khan before a local court before transferring her toward Nashik for further questioning recently afterward.

    TCS: Police Arrest Nida Khan After Weeks of Search

    Authorities accused Khan of involvement in sexual harassment, attempted religious conversion, and influencing complainants connected with investigations recently underway. Police alleged Khan discouraged survivors from filing complaints and helped accused individuals involved within exploitation allegations previously reported. Investigators also included charges involving hurting religious sentiments and creating enmity between communities within official complaints recently. Officials invoked provisions under the Prevention of Atrocities Act while examining allegations connected with complainants involved recently afterward.

    Investigators stated Khan joined the TCS Nashik BPO unit during 2022 and worked there as a telecaller employee. Police officials said Khan later transferred toward Mumbai and worked at TCS offices located within Powai and Malad afterward. Authorities claimed Khan initially stayed alongside her husband inside Bhiwandi before relocating toward Mumbra within Thane district later. Officials confirmed the investigation intensified after complainants registered an FIR against Khan and other accused individuals recently.

    Bail Rejected Before Final Arrest Operation

    Police arrested co-accused Danish Sheikh and Tausif Attar immediately after complainants registered the FIR during March twenty-six officially. Authorities alleged Khan disappeared afterward, forcing investigators toward launching extensive search operations across Maharashtra recently afterward. Police teams conducted repeated raids at residences connected with Khan and her relatives located within Nashik, Mumbai, and Bhiwandi. Investigators reportedly carried out operations during April while gathering intelligence regarding Khan’s movements across multiple urban locations recently.

    Khan approached Nashik Road court seeking anticipatory bail after police intensified search operations connected with ongoing investigations recently. Authorities confirmed courts conducted in-camera hearings regarding her bail application during April twentieth and April twenty-seventh officially afterward. Judicial authorities eventually rejected Khan’s anticipatory bail plea on May second following arguments presented by investigators recently. Police later traced Khan to Kaiser Colony in Naregaon locality before detaining her for further questioning connected with ongoing investigations.
