However, the internet seems to have delivered a mixed response.

It also offered a brief glimpse of Yash as Ravana, although the makers chose not to reveal his face, which only added to the curiosity among fans. Ramayana teaser leaves internet divided
A Reddit user shared the teaser and said it gave off Adipurush vibes, though with slightly better VFX. Another user said it looked like a fan-made trailer. The person also claimed that several shots seemed borrowed from Adipurush. One more user questioned the visuals and said some scenes looked AI-enhanced.
On X, however, reactions appeared more positive. One user compared Ranbir Kapoor’s look as Lord Rama with Prabhas>’s portrayal in Adipurush and said Ranbir looked far more convincing. Another user praised the casting and called him the best choice to play Lord Rama.
Several fans also reacted emotionally to the teaser. One user said the visuals brought them to tears and described the film as epic. Another praised the VFX quality and background score, calling it a spectacle made for IMAX.
At the same time, not everyone looked impressed. Some Instagram users said the teaser felt underwhelming. They expected a more grounded and philosophical approach.
